There is one more page in Part 1 of Balance, and Part 2 will begin Wednesday, June 2nd.

Does this count as technical exposition? Maybe lore exposition? I want desperately to stand by my declaration that we were done with extended technical exposition for the arc after the previous page.

I guess the arguably technical details are less than a page, and it's a new topic, so I can boldly stand by that previous declaration, my head held high, my nose snootily aloft, blissfully unaware that I'm about to trip on something...
