As I have already said, this additional change (not-change?) in magic was not planned in 2018. If it had been, one thing I'd have done differently would have been to hold off on the simplified text until now.

Granted, I'm not sure if that would have been a good thing? I like the pay off of Tedd commenting on the books being confusing happening within Sister 3 itself.

In any case, the fact that the books already changed once before added to the confusion at the start of this arc, so I felt it appropriate to acknowledge that here.
