You might remember Serena from such EGSNP storylines as Paranormal Helpline, and such story pages as her calmly refusing to divulge information and "of COURSE this is happening in downtown Moperville."

The poll for this image simply asked for one thing: Serena's hair color. "More of a red purple" won ("purple" was also an option). This might be her canon color palette going forward, though it's also possible I'll change it if she shows up in color again.

Anyway, sometimes all available agents are busy, but you want to take a later lunch break.

Genies!

There could be genies, but they'd definitely be much more limited than some media would suggest. While Serena is probably right about the prankster immortal, the outcome we're all likely thinking is also the only outcome an EGS genie could realistically pull off. They're not conjuring a whole new person! That would be ridiculous!
