Commentary

I commonly take short breaks when parts finish, but this time, I don't wanna. Besides, it's only been nine pages. Breaks make more sense when it's been more than twice that.

Part two begins Wednesday.

Super Serious Glasses Guy

Something about super serious glasses guy wanting to be an anthropomorphic tiger just makes me happy.

Of course, he probably doesn't want to be one all the time. He's super serious about his work, as you might have guessed. This would be more of a weekend thing.

I'm not a hundred percent sure if he'd want to transform in such a way that destroys the suit? It'd be a heck of a way to declare it the weekend, but suits are expensive. It's probably what he imagines as a hypothetical, however. Suits destroyed in one's imagination don't need replacing.

Phil and Dave

Not much to say here other than my instinct was to name Dave Steve, but we've got a Steve. We're not limited to one Steve, certainly, but I didn't want to raise the question of whether THIS Steve was relevant to THAT Steve, so... Dave.

Rich

This is your friendly reminder that Rich and Larry are totally into theories about aliens.

Almost entirely inaccurate theories, mind you, but they've potentially stumbled into a few that are accurate?

A Mystery Even to Them

Nobody tell Arthur I told you this, but it's not THAT rare that they have absolutely no idea what caused something strange to happen.

Sometimes an impossibly perfect half sphere's been dug out of an acre of farmland, and you've just got to accept that you're never going to figure out how it got there, or why it's glowing.
