Officer Mist

Out of fairness to all concerned, I kept "Officer Mist" in-character. His "mm-HM?!" was meant to convey a calm reaction to hearing Tedd and Grace followed immediately by alarm upon actually looking at them.

Reader reactions that day were an avalanche of totally calling he was Mist.

Next, however, came Mist explaining himself. Gradually, it felt to me like most people had decided, no, he wasn't Mist.

He totally was, though! Anyone who said he was acting weird and doing a bad job were totally right! He absolutely was!
