Secret identity forms might not do much beyond add the occasional verbal quirk when resisted, but when embraced, they can even counteract anxiety and phobias.
GRANTED, they do tend to do this in ways that come with side effects and quirks, such as acting like a cat, but still. It's something Tedd should look in to further at some point. Maybe he can make a spell that just does the "not afraid of this" part so people don't have to act like cats or whatever to use it.
Or maybe acting like a cat is an acceptable side effect? I dunno.
