Seriously, there are some parking lots I just avoid, or will go out of my way to make right turns in or out of.

Keeping in mind that we drive on the right side of the road where I am, making a right turn can be much, much easier. Sometimes, trying to make a left means potentially blocking traffic. I'll take a convoluted route over that almost any day, and... Hm?

The actual important story stuff?

YOU don't know that the parking lot being annoying to turn into isn't a major plot point! What if it means something? What if it means everything?!
