In the previous commentary, I mentioned there could have been a dramatic discussion prior to choosing to touch the mirror. Panel three gets into the argument for doing so, and Grace's reaction gets into why it would be dramatic and worthy of all the shiny writing awards that exist in the universe.

That would include, of course, awards for television, games, films, and music. It would have been just that dramatic.

Anyway, Grace is okay with transforming to look a lot like someone. So long as it's not an exact match and there's not additional troubling context—such as posing as the person in public—she doesn't see it as that big a deal.

She also doesn't emotionally understand the issue with perfectly copying someone else's form (again assuming no additional troubling context), but that doesn't matter. All she needs to understand is how others can feel about it, and since it's their forms, she cares what they think (or likely could think).
