- Tedd's history with creating forms (Part 2 of Layers)

Logically, Lavender hasn't been to the house much in the past (she only first met Tedd in Layers, after all). She's likely been there since then, but nonetheless, I recklessly abandoned all caution and leapt to the conclusion that, no, Lavender has never been in the basement.

TVs and CMD form builders

I had forgotten a detail of the system used to design forms for the transformation gun, and that was the spot for firing a transformation beam to get a reading on what all it does.

Put another way, no, it does not have a built-in trash can.

My explanation for Hope focusing on "TVs" is that she already knew a little of what TVs were, and she wanted to start with something she could show some familiarity with.
