This is as least as valid as any “but why are there still monkeys” argument. Evolution doesn't work that way any more than windmills keep us cool.

I mean, I guess windmills can indirectly keep us cool. They can power air conditioning, and WINDMILLS DO NOT WORK THAT WAY IS A FUTURAMA REFERENCE MOVING ON.
