Specifically, Tuesday, May 13th. Sometimes what people mean by "next" can be unclear, as people's own ideas of "next" and "this" can be a bit wibbly.

My current policy is, between storyline parts, at least one day is taken off from posting to help with comic buffer maintenance and planning (be it writing or visuals).

Between storylines, at least one week.

The day before this comic was posted, I myself was questioning the wisdom of treating these short breaks as mandatory.

Then something unexpected came up, my work flow became wobbly, and I was reminded of the whole point of working ahead, and the flexibility that comes from it.

Basically, yes, I think it's a good policy. Plus I can make cliffhangers more cliffhanger-ee!
