Not much to say about this one, except Sarah actually seems a lot more tolerant now relative to then, and Tedd seems to have an affinity for drag here, which he really doesn't have an interest in. Well, he has an interest in wearing womens clothing, but I don't think it can count as drag if you actually turn into a girl first, can it?
Anyway, just in case you didn't understand Elliot's line in the last panel, LARP = Live Action Role Play. LARPing can involve dressing up for the roles, hence Tedd in drag. Now that I think about it, however, why is he dressed as a "modern-day" woman? Aren't they playing "DND"?
And here's the dialogue, in case my handwriting proves difficult to read on some monitors:
ELLIOT: Sarah, come back!
SARAH: No way! It's weird enough playing "DND" with that weirdo, but playing as a woman? TOO WEIRD!
ELLIOT: C'mon! I'm sure he was just joking!
SARAH: Then HOW do you explain THAT?
ELLIOT: Explain what?
TEDD: Ok, I'm ready now.
ELLIOT: Dude, for the last time, we ain't LARPing.
SARAH: BYE.
