"Urteronc" does not directly translate from Uryuom into a proper word, mostly because I wasn't happy with more direct translations, and partly because the language they're speaking is meant to be an archaic version of Uryuomocco that modern Uryuoms wouldn't understand.

That said, it's just "Algolem", as in "ALien GOLEM". I like to think it's clever in its not-cleverness.

"I've gotta be in Egypt!"

What exactly is happening in panel three may be vague, but I think it's possible to guess why being sent flying through the air by Ellen was a memory jogger now.

How far did they get sent flying back then? I'm not sure, but I can't help but think of an X-Men comic in which the "Unstoppable" Juggernaut said he had to be in Canada, as that's where he'd been prior to getting punched, only to be told he'd landed in New Jersey.

That noted, the Library's "somewhere in Egypt", and they wound up in a crate in the middle of the United States, so... I mean, that doesn't guarantee anything. Things do get moved to different places, and they'd been dormant for quite a while, but it's possible no overseas shipping was necessary.
