Oh thank goodness they (I?) explained where that outfit came from. I have no issue with Tedd owning that outfit, but the question of "where did she get that" remains.
Incidentally, I guess it's March at this point in the comic. Sweet. They can pretty much wear whatever and it will make since in March.
I'm a big fan of ye olde enthusiastic peace sign as often seen in anime, but what I've recently learned is that it's not a peach sign at all. In Japan, that hand gesture is "V" as in "V for Victory", which explains a heck of a lot (such as, I dunno, when characters have made that gesture while saying "Victory").
I find I like that a lot. I mean, yes, I'm pro-peace. Peace is rad. That said, how often is making a peace sign contextually appropriate? Granted, if I run around the states doing that, everyone is just gonna think I'm peace obsessed, but whatever. They can assume what they like while I'm declaring my victories.
